Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailboxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the mail account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
